I have been looking for a recipe for shower aromatherapy misters. I am wondering how long this concoction would last without a preservative? The amount of witch hazel is very small. I am afraid to use something like cyclomethicone because it might cause me to slip in the shower.

    Hi Rachel!

I love your ideas on cleaning and organization! They’re so helpful!

I was wondering how you store all the different shower products in your shower/bathtub. I keep almost 10 different products (bottles and jars) in my shower and am looking for a way to store them cleaner and more organized. Currently they just stay on bathtub surface looking unorganized not to mention how difficult it gets to clean that surface the bottles are sitting on. Any tips would help! Thanks!

Since I recently made a lemon scented body scrub for my blog which smelled absolutely delicious, I know this shower mist would smell just as good. Hi Rachel!!

I was recently reading about a shower mist blend that helps keep mold and scum off of the shower curtain. It was a blend of eucalyptus and tea tree oil i believe and you just sprayed it on the shower curtain and let it sit. Have you heard of anything similar? Just something you can spray on the curtain after the shower and it keeps things fresh a little longer? Thanks so much! 🙂

Try Melaluca , No Work , Daily Shower cleaner.
I’m not selling anything .I’ve been a customer for over 14 yrs & love this product.

No Work Daily Shower Cleaner—8 fl.oz. Every time you step out of your shower, soap scum and hard water stains stay behind. Which means when it’s time to clean your shower, you’ve got more work to do to make it sparkle again…unless you have No Work daily shower cleaner. Just a few sprays after each shower and No Work will do the scrubbing for you. Powered by Aqua Charge, the No Work formula turns the water droplets in your shower into potent micro cleaners that do the cleaning. No Work forms a protective barrier so your shower will stay cleaner much longer. Soap scum and hard water get carried down the drain before they can deposit on your shower surfaces. No Work is safer for your home with no chlorine bleach, phosphates, or abrasives. Plus, No Work is 12 times concentrated, so it lasts longer and saves you money. Every Droplet Becomes a Mini Scrubber When combined with No Work, the water droplets left in your shower do the hard work for you. When you spray No Work, those droplets get transformed into potent mini scrubbers that pull soap scum and hard water deposits off the walls and down the drain. Safer for Your Home You wouldn’t want to spray caustic chemicals into such a personal space as your shower. No Work is free of caustic chemicals like chlorine bleach. Saves Money and Plastic The concentrated formula in No Work saves you money, giving you more sparkling showers for less cost. And with its smaller bottle size and reusable spray bottle, No Work means less plastic waste. For best results, start with a clean shower. Use with No Work Mixing Spray Bottle, sold separately.

Each 8oz bottle makes 6 mixing bottles – 96 total ounces!

If you have trouble finding the product let me know.
Happy Holidays to you & yours, Lisa
