Talk about a 3-ingredient recipe that will change your life! These kale chips are as easy as chop, toss, and bake—DONE! So YUMMY and a MUST TRY!

Kale Chips


  • 4-5 Large Kale Leaves
  • EVOO
  • Pinch of Sea Salt


  1. Chop 4-5 Large kale leaves.
  2. Add EVOO and a pinch sea salt
  3. Transfer to a non-stick baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Watch closely and remove once they are nice and crispy.
