Salmon Niçoise Salad

Salmon Niçoise Salad

8 Ounces Grilled Salmon (Shredded)

2 Cups Arugula

8 Small Gold Yukon Potatoes (boiled)

1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion

6 Grilled Tomatoes

1/4 Cup Sliced Kalamata Olives


2-3 Tablespoons Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Lemon Juice

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Mix ingredients together and toss into salad. Enjoy!

    How much lemon and olive oil?:) Looks delicious!

      It’s to taste. I would say about 1tbsp of Olive Oil, and a nice squeeze of lemon. 😉
