- 1 Large Sweet Potato
- Optional: 1 Avocado
- Cut 1 large sweet potato into toast size slices.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot.
- Optional: Add avocado or make it sweet with some peanut butter, bananas & cinnamon. Cinnamon and butter(I prefer earth balance) is a good combo too!
