What’s in My Makeup Bag?

June 16, 2015

Hey Everyone!

I know we all have our “go-to” cosmetics and these are the ones that you can find in my travel make-up bag on any given day!

The case is Louis Vuitton, one of my investment pieces that I simply adore =)
It’s the perfect size for fitting all of my essentials and I love the classic, but simple design.

Stila CC Cream is my go-to for coverage! The color is self-adjusting to your skin tone, it’s moisturizing, and feels a lot lighter than a traditional foundation.

I always use my Beauty Blender for an even application of my cc cream or foundation—and my Anastasia Highlighting Pencil to highlight my brows and eyes. Multi-purpose cosmetics are the most efficient to travel with.

For any spots or blemishes that need a little more coverage, I use YSL Touche Eclat. It’s the best concealer in town! For my cheeks I use Stila’s Self Adjusting Blush and I finish off the look with Jane Iredale Powder.

For my eyes I apply Tart Lights, Camera, Flashes Mascara and I curl my lashes with the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler.

When it comes to my lips I usually go for a simple balm, like this Fresh Sugar Lip Balm. If not, I glam it up with my favorite YSL Sheer Candy Glossy Balm.

I certainly have more specialty cosmetics if I were going for a specific look, but on any given days these are my go-to makeup essentials. Best for a fresh, natural, and simple look.

Hope you enjoyed this post!
