Calming Blue Moon Milk

This is such a beautiful preparation for the early evening as you begin to wind down for bedtime.

Butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea) is a beautiful deep indigo-blue color. It’s vibrant blooms impart a signature hue in food and drinks. Butterfly pea flower primarily grows and thrives in tropical areas and hot and humid conditions, but can be grown all over the world (HerbalAcademy.com, 2024). Some studies have suggested that butterfly pea flower may help ensure skin and hair health, promote weight loss, and reduce blood sugar levels (heathline.com, 2024) .

Chamomile is a beautiful tea to enjoy for helping promote a calm nervous system. I grow chamomile in my garden, and keep it in my tea cabinet for various teas and recipes.
