Avocado Toast

1-4 Slices Sourdough Bread

Pinch Of Salt & Pepper

1 Tbsp Chopped Chives

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1-2 Soft Boiled Eggs (6 min)

Drizzle a slice of sourdough bread with olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Remove skin, and thinly slice an avocado.

Toast the bread in the toaster or under the broiler. Watch closely.

Slice the avocado and gently press down to fan it onto the toast.

Slice the soft boiled egg in half and place over the avocado.

Drizzle with olive oil, and add salt & pepper to taste + chopped chives.
