DIY Pumpkin Spiced Syrup & Cold Cream Foam
What You Need:
2-4 Tablespoons Pureed Pumpkin
1 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon (add more to taste)
1/2 tsp Vanilla (optional)
In a jar, mix together pumpkin puree, maple syrup, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.
Store in the fridge for 3 days to one week before tossing.
Use 2-3 tablespoons of this homemade pumpkin spiced syrup (more or less to taste) in your milk.
Froth either cold or hot milk, and add over espresso or coffee.
